We provide a unique experience in cooperative living for eight students from around the world. For more information, please call 765-743-4353 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
We have a small 8-unit cooperative building which houses graduate students attending Purdue. Each student has their own room and shares a bathroom with one or two others, and also shares the kitchen, living room, and dining room.
The rooms are furnished with a twin-sized bed, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a chair for the desk. All utilities are included except telephone; cable TV and WiFi are available. Each resident has food storage space in the kitchen cabinets and refrigerators; the kitchen is equipped with pots & pans, mixing bowls, baking pans, dishes, and utensils. We have a parking area for students with cars, and a patio, grill, and back yard for outdoor entertainment. The IC is located on Russell Street and is within walking distance of Purdue’s campus, and also has convenient access to the City Bus line.
All residents are required to help with the weekly cleaning chores, and are expected to clean up after themselves promptly in all common areas. (We provide all the cleaning supplies.) In addition, the International Center expects the participation of our residents in some of our events and activities including our annual International Food Bazaar which takes place in April, and our Orientation events to welcome new international students in August and January.
