Global Café – Friday from 5:30-7:30. This semester’s theme is “Stereotypes and Misconceptions”. (Starts January 17th)

Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) Learn or practice this meditative Chinese martial art/health and wellness system with John Curtis.  Meets Tuesdays 7:00 – 9:00 pm

Chi Kung Learn the Eight Pieces of Brocade – exercises which can be done by anyone regardless of age or condition, Thursdays at 7:00 pm with John Curtis
